Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Maruti Suzuki dealership operations. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing customer interactions, coordinating service follow-ups, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls after vehicle sales and service.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and escalation processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Schedule service reminders, vehicle delivery follow-ups, and periodic maintenance reminders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement improvement initiatives.
- Prepare customer feedback reports and MIS reports for management review.
- Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Ensure adherence to dealership and company customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience as a CRE, Customer Support Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
- Experience in a Maruti Suzuki dealership is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
