Job Description: CAD/CAM Programmer (Tool Room)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Department: Production - Tool Room
Role
Design and develop CNC programs for tools, dies, and molds using CAD/CAM software.
Responsibilities

Create CNC programs (VMC/CNC)

Read drawings and 3D models

Select tools, speeds and feeds

Run simulation to avoid errors

Improve cycle time and machining process

Support operators during setup and issues
Skills Required
-
Knowledge in CAD/CAM (AutoCAD, Autodesk Power Mill & Autodesk Power Shape)

Experience in VMC, CNC
-
Basic GD&T knowledge
-
Use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
Qualification
-
BE / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die)
Experience
-
3 to 5 years in Tool Room (CAD/CAM)

Knowledge of forging dies and tools machining will be an added advantage
