Sales Enablement
Job Summary
JLL is seeking accomplished Lead - Solutions & Proposals to drive strategic sales enablement initiatives within our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) business. In this pivotal role, you will partner with WPM (Work Place Management) and REMS (RE Management Services) stakeholders—including business lines, service lines, account teams, pursuit teams, and subject matter experts—to execute winning strategies for high-value opportunities from prospecting through contracting.
As a strategic architect of compelling value propositions, you will coordinate the development of clear, articulate, and differentiated solutions for prospective clients. Your expertise will bridge sales leadership, functional experts, and marketing to deliver tailored, competitive responses that win business. You'll champion proposal, best practices, leverage data-driven insights, and ensure JLL's offerings stand apart in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven marketplace.
This role demands a collaborative champion who thrives in a matrix environment, bringing together diverse teams to create bespoke client solutions while maintaining rigorous quality standards and meeting challenging deadlines across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Bid Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive bid strategies, including identification, capture, and articulation of compelling win themes across RFI, RFP, presentation, and contracting phases
Create innovative opportunity strategies and associated collateral that positively differentiate JLL's bid offerings through data-driven insights and competitive intelligence
Champion the integration of ESG metrics, sustainability outcomes, and workplace innovation into solution narratives
Solution Development & Delivery
Coordinate with Sales Leads, Pricing Managers, and Solutions & Proposals team members to craft and sell differentiated, client-focused solutions that address evolving workplace needs
Submit consistently high-quality, customer-focused tender responses within allocated timeframes while ensuring alignment to internal processes and obtaining approvals
Develop compelling narratives around JLL's technology platforms, smart building solutions, and digital workplace innovations
Analytics & Insights
Extract key trend analysis and datapoints from research, market intelligence, and historic data to create compelling client, sector, and segment narratives
Leverage business intelligence tools and proposal management platforms to enhance decision-making and streamline bid processes
Prepare analytical presentations that demonstrate clear ROI, operational efficiency gains, and strategic value
Creative Excellence & Collaboration
Own or collaborate with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of tender responses and presentations using modern design principles and digital tools
Coordinate internal and independent reviews in line with bid programm and monitor continuous improvement opportunities
Utilize advanced collaboration platforms to manage virtual bid teams across different geographies and time zones
Best Practice & Knowledge Management
Serve as the best practice champion for proposal development and collateral management across Work Dynamics and other JLL service lines
Participate as part of the global Sales Enablement Team to ensure ongoing exchange of solutions best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches
Maintain and curate a library of high-impact content covering PropTech, flexible workspace solutions, employee experience, and workplace wellness initiatives
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Masters/Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of progressive experience in Solution Development, Bid Management, and/or the Real Estate industry / Media & Advertising Agency
Demonstrated mastery of the bid process, including proposal development, bid clarifications, and presentation delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Technical Proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Usage of AI platforms
Experience with proposal management software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and modern collaboration platforms
Comfort with data visualization tools and AI-powered content creation technologies
Core Competencies
Proven track record developing and implementing winning solution strategies with measurable business impact
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with strong influencing capabilities, particularly at senior leadership levels
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, influencing diverse stakeholder groups and navigating complex internal structures
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under challenging deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data and prepare compelling, evidence-based insights
Business Acumen
Understanding of current workplace trends including hybrid work models, employee experience, smart building technologies, and sustainability in real estate
Ability to articulate JLL's value proposition across multiple service lines and integrate cross-functional solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience
Background in operations or Corporate Real Estate service lines (facilities, projects, or transactions)
Experience in strategic sales, business development, and internal relationship management within a Corporate Real Estate environment
Track record of working with and influencing corporate decision-makers in the management and deployment of property portfolios
Specialized Knowledge
Familiarity with JLL's technology platforms and digital solutions (JLL Technologies, smart building systems, workplace analytics)
Understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability metrics, and their application in corporate real estate solutions
Knowledge of PropTech innovations, flexible workspace strategies, and workplace wellness programs
Professional Development
Certification in bid/proposal management (e.g., APMP - Association of Proposal Management Professionals)
Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking in designing opportunity strategies that leverage emerging technologies
Advanced Skills
Experience advocating for and selling integrated business solutions in pitch, networking, and cross-business contexts
Proven ability to question and refine proposed solutions to enhance client value and competitive positioning
Track record of managing virtual teams and coordinating complex bids across multiple geographies
