Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail‑oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves shipment tracking, stakeholder coordination, billing support, and handling customer queries related to shipping, customs, and logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Assist in billing queries, invoice preparation, and documentation.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, billing, and communications.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
