We are a growing multi-store retail chain specializing in innerwear, apparel, and fashion products. Our business focuses heavily on customer experience, retail operations, staff productivity, training, and store performance. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter who can build a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring across stores and support functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
- Store Managers
- Assistant Store Managers
- Retail Sales Associates
- Cashiers
- Visual Merchandisers
- Warehouse & Inventory Staff
- Back-office and Support Roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct screening calls and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Retail Hiring
- Understand retail manpower requirements across stores.
- Build talent pipelines for high-turnover retail positions.
- Conduct walk-in drives and local recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate bulk hiring during peak seasons and new store openings.
Candidate Management
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups.
- Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Reduce offer dropouts and no-shows.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in onboarding and induction/orientation of new employees.
- Process Offboarding of employees leaving the organization
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
- Track joining status and probation progress.
- Support employee engagement activities when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
