We're hiring an experienced AI/ML Team Lead to lead a team of AI engineers delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions. Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, Python, Vector Search, Model Evaluation, and AI System Architecture is essential. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI applications while mentoring teams and collaborating with global stakeholders. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MLOps, and AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
Mandatory: Candidate must be an in-house bench resource, possess excellent English communication skills, be available for a minimum 4-hour PST overlap, and should not have dual employment. Background verification includes Employment Verification and Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
