Job Description:
We are looking for a Dispatcher with at least 6 months of experience in the US logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads.
- Communicate with brokers, carriers, and drivers to manage daily operations.
- Monitor shipments and provide regular updates.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Dispatcher in the US logistics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of dispatch operations, load management, and route planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is an advantage.
- Candidates with a Freight Brokerage background are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹18,111.58 - ₹25,614.78 per month
