Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell CEAT and Bridgestone tyres to dealers, distributors, fleet owners, and commercial customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Visit customers regularly to promote products and generate business.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in the tyre or automobile industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
