Key ResponsibilitiesSales Order Management
- Receive and process customer purchase orders in coordination with the sales team.
- Verify order details, pricing, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Track order status from booking to dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain customer order records and update the ERP system regularly.
Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Prepare and monitor daily dispatch plans based on customer commitments.
- Follow up on pending dispatches and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely generation and sharing of dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, weighment slips, and delivery challans.
- Monitor delivery status and update customers and the sales team accordingly.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports on:
- Order Booking
- Dispatch Performance
- Sales Achievement
- Pending Orders
- Production vs Dispatch Status
- Customer-wise Sales
- Region-wise Sales Performance
- Generate management reports and dashboards using Excel and ERP data.
- Maintain accurate sales and dispatch data for management review.
Coordination with Plant Operations
- Liaise with Production Planning and Plant Operations teams regarding material availability and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for dispatch clearances when required.
- Follow up with stores and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted dispatch operations.
- Communicate customer priorities and urgent requirements to plant teams.
Customer Support
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Address routine customer queries related to dispatches and documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and timely communication.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain records of sales orders, dispatch documents, transport details, and customer communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to dispatch documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records and reports.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Operations) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Dispatch Coordination, Commercial Operations, or MIS Reporting.
- Experience in Steel Manufacturing, Metals, Building Materials, Cement, or Industrial Manufacturing industries preferred.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Dashboards).
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of steel manufacturing and dispatch processes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Timely order processing and dispatch execution.
- On-time delivery performance.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
- Reduction in pending orders and dispatch delays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
