We're Not Looking for a Traditional HR Exec. We're Hiring Someone Who Makes Compliance, Admin & Ops Work Like Clockwork.
At Saleshandy, HR isn't about paperwork and checklists - it's about building the foundation that lets a fast-scaling SaaS company grow without breaking. You'll own everything that keeps our people operations running: payroll compliance, labour law adherence, admin systems, and the processes that make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is for someone who takes genuine ownership of compliance-heavy work, builds systems before being asked to, and wants to grow into a senior People Ops leader in a global SaaS environment.
What You'll Actually Own
Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Run end-to-end payroll independently - accurate, on time, every month

Own PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax filings - you are the single point of accountability

Maintain statutory registers and ensure all filings are current: Shops & Establishment Act, POSH compliance, Maternity Benefit Act

Know the labour laws - not just the checklists
Admin Operations
- Manage vendor coordination, office infrastructure, IT asset tracking, and facility management

Coordinate with finance on reimbursements, vendor payments, and month-end reconciliations

Make sure the office runs smoothly so every other team can focus on what they do best
HR Ops Execution
- Own onboarding documentation, exit formalities, offer letters, and background verification coordination

Keep our ATS (Gohire) and HRIS data clean, updated, and audit-ready

Handle internal communication templates and ensure zero drop-offs in employee lifecycle processes
Process Building
- Every recurring task should have a documented, improvable process within your first 60 days

Identify small automation opportunities and suggest improvements proactively
What You Bring

1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup or fast-moving environment

Solid, hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law compliance - not just theoretical awareness

Experience running payroll independently - you have owned it, not just assisted with it

Comfortable managing admin functions: vendor coordination, office management, IT assets

High attention to detail and organisational discipline - nothing slips through

Proactive mindset - you identify issues and fix them before they become blockers

Strong written and verbal communication across all levels
