Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in core areas of Hotel Management.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and student assessments.
- Support students through academic mentoring, career guidance, and skill development.
- Engage in organizing departmental activities, industry interactions, and student workshops.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional events.
- Handle responsibilities as assigned for the academic and administrative growth of the department and institution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Hotel Managementfrom a recognized university or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of academic teaching experience in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong academic orientation and a constructive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to manage teaching and related academic responsibilities in a professional and timely manner.
- Willingness to take up responsibilities that align with the department’s and students’ needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
