who can effectively engage with prospective students, build relationships, and guide them

To ensure you're fully equipped for success, you will undergo a mandatory in-office training
period at our Calicut office. Upon successful completion of the training and performance
evaluation, you will transition to a remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable technology programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential learners throughout the admission
journey.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally while delivering an excellent candidate
experience.
Eligibility
You are a great fit if you:
- Have excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Possess basic to good English communication skills.
- Are confident, persuasive, and eager to learn.
- Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
- Can work independently in a remote environment.
- Are target-driven and self-disciplined.
- Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in
sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Training
- Selected candidates must complete an in-office training period at our Calicut
office.
- The duration of the training will be communicated during the hiring process.
