## Job Summary
Masterwork Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced *Production Supervisor* to lead our modular furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, team management, quality control, and achieving production targets within timelines.
## Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.
* Plan and monitor workflow across CNC, panel saw, edge banding, drilling, assembly, sanding, painting, and packing.
* Manage and motivate production staff for maximum productivity.
* Ensure high-quality standards and minimize production defects.
* Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution.
* Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
* Prepare daily production reports and monitor machine utilization.
* Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
* Maintain factory discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
* Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
## Required Skills
* 5–10 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations.
* Hands-on experience with CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws, drilling, sanding, finishing, and assembly.
* Ability to read production drawings, cutting lists, and BOMs.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting is an advantage.
## Qualification
* Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Wood Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in the modular furniture industry is mandatory.
