Job Description: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) – Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Fresher to join our team for an ongoing school building construction project in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. You will gain hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and project documentation for educational infrastructure, working directly under senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Supervise daily on-site construction activities for the school building, ensuring alignment with architectural plans.
Safety & Quality: Monitor safety protocols and quality standards specifically required for educational/public building guidelines.
Inspections: Conduct quality control checks on materials such as concrete, reinforcement steel, and brickwork.
Documentation: Maintain precise site records, including Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and material consumption logs.
Coordination: Coordinate directly with sub-contractors, surveyors, and the project management team.
Required Qualifications Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Recent 2025/2026 graduates).
Skills: Ability to accurately read structural drawings and architectural blueprints.
Software: Proficiency in MS Excel for daily reporting; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Attributes: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and physical fitness for active site work.
Job Details
Location: On-site (Sanpada, Navi Mumbai). Candidates should be able to commute daily.Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview and technical knowledge).
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: ₹22,131.46 - ₹25,828.71 per month
