Role & Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow
· Handle GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, audits, and notices
· Manage Income Tax, advance tax calculations, TDS deductions, payments, and returns
· Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other statutory and regulatory requirements
· Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and resolve audit queries
· Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
· Monitor accounts payable, receivable, vendor reconciliations, and cash flow
· Implement and monitor internal financial controls
· Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives
Requirements
· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
· Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance
· Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS
· Experience in statutory audit and compliance management
· Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP / Oracle)
· Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
