Now we are looking for a smart and active Counter Sales Executive who already understands how a mobile phone shop works.
Who We Are Looking For
We need someone who:
- Has experience working in a mobile phone store
- Loves mobiles, gadgets, and the mobile market environment
- Knows how to talk with customers properly
- Can understand customer needs and suggest the right product within their budget
- Can handle day-to-day shop activities without constant guidance
- Stays active, responsible, and serious about work
Experienced candidates will get priority.
Preferred candidate location:
Candidates living near Kestopur, Baguiati, Teghoria, Lake Town, Dum Dum, Salt Lake, Keshtopur VIP area, or within around 5–10 km from our store will get priority.
Since store closing time is 10:30 PM, nearby candidates are preferred for long-term work stability and daily travel convenience.
Please apply only if daily travel to Kestopur till 10:30 PM is comfortable for you.
Your Daily Work
- Attend walk-in customers
- Sell mobile phones and accessories
- Explain product features in a simple way
- Help customers choose the best phone as per their needs and budget
- Handle the mobile financing process
- Create bills and handle POS machine/card payments
- Maintain daily stock updates
- Manage new stock entry and display setup
- Follow up with customers for sales and service updates
- Coordinate with the repair/service team when needed
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-friendly
Skills We Prefer
- Experience in mobile phone sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Billing software / Excel / WhatsApp usage
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Understanding of smartphone brands, specifications, financing, accessories, etc.
- Ability to work during busy hours and festive seasons
