RS Solar CAD Group is looking for skilled and motivated Solar Technicians to join our growing renewable energy team. The candidate will be responsible for solar panel installation, inverter installation, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of solar power systems.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and mounting structures
- Install and commission solar inverters and batteries
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting
- Conduct maintenance and repair work
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Coordinate with project supervisors and team members
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/Electrician certification preferred
- Experience in solar installation or electrical work
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and inverters
- Ability to work on rooftops and project sites
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience
0–1 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Education
10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
