Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. While the primary focus is recruitment, the role also includes supporting basic HR operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates through the joining process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Improve employer branding through recruitment campaigns and social media engagement.
HR Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
