Position Overview:
CGC University invites applications from qualified and passionate academicians for the position of Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering and Technology for the CSE department. The role involves teaching, research, mentoring, and active participation in institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Delivery
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
- Incorporate modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.

2. Research & Publications:
- Publish research papers in reputed journals (UGC CARE / Scopus indexed).
- Participate in conferences, FDPs, and workshops.
- Contribute to research projects, grants, and patents.

3. Industry Interaction
- Build industry collaborations for internships and placements.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industrial visits.

4. Eligibility Criteria:
A. Educational Qualifications
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
- Master’s Degree with NET/SET.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.

B. Experience:
- Candidates meeting eligibility criteria may apply.
- Prior teaching/research/industry experience preferred.

C. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline is preferred.
- Publications in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, SCI).
- Experience in Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
- Industry exposure (where applicable).
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Research orientation.
- Student engagement and mentoring ability.
- Familiarity with LMS and digital tools.
