We are looking for a Brand Strategist to manage end-to-end brand projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, creative teams, and production units. The role involves translating brand objectives into effective content strategies while maintaining clarity, efficiency and quality throughout execution
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for brands, understanding their objectives, communication needs and campaign goals.
* Conduct internal team discussions to align creative direction with brand requirements and communicate the brand’s vision clearly across departments.
* Develop and finalize concepts in collaboration with the creative team and present them to the client for approval.
* Plan and conduct client meetings to explain concepts, campaign flow and execution strategy, ensuring alignment and approvals at each stage.
* Prepare detailed scripts and share them with the client; incorporate feedback and secure final script approvals before moving into production.
* Coordinate shoot logistics by sharing cast and crew details, communicating schedules, and briefing actors and team members.
* Prepare and circulate budget mails, arrange required resources, and manage on-ground production requirements.
* Post-shoot, compile and submit detailed brand expense reports, ensuring transparency and accurate reconciliation for reimbursements.
* Oversee post-production by coordinating with editors, guiding the narrative flow, and ensuring the final output aligns with the approved concept and brand tone.
* Share unlisted video links with clients for review, collect feedback, and ensure all revisions and suggestions are addressed effectively.
* Manage final approvals and oversee the publishing process across social media platforms.
* Share published links with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project closure.
