Job description
- Lead the Customer Experience function across residential projects, ensuring exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.
- Represent in Customer interactions, handovers, escalations, and engagement initiatives.
- Drive hospitality standards across the project, including clubhouse, and customer-facing services.
- Oversee customer handover, possession experience, and post-possession support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and high satisfaction levels.
- Lead Customer Care, Soft Services, Clubhouse, and Community Management teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Collaborate with Construction, CRM, Sales, and Facility teams to ensure timely closure of customer observations and commitments.
- Monitor service quality, customer feedback, and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure outsourced partners deliver services in line with defined service standards and company expectations.
- Develop a customer-centric culture.
