Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js along with hands-on experience in frontend and backend development. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
- Work with MongoDB to design efficient database structures and queries.
- Build responsive UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members for seamless project execution.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in scrum meetings.
Required Skills:
✅ Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
✅ Experience with Redux, Hooks, Context API, or other state management tools.
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS3.
✅ Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications.
✅ Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
✅ Strong understanding of database design, indexing, and performance tuning in MongoDB.
✅ Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
✅ Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.) is a plus.
✅ Familiarity with unit testing using Jest, Mocha, or other frameworks.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is an advantage.
