Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience required
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Handle statutory compliance such as EPF, ESIC, and LWF
- Maintain and update HR policies as per company and legal guidelines
- Support payroll processing including attendance, leave records, and salary inputs
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in audits and inspections related to labour laws
- Manage vendors and coordinate for compliance, payroll, and other HR services
- Maintain vendor manpower reports (attendance, billing, headcount, compliance status)
- Track and verify vendor manpower invoices and coordinate for timely processing and payment
- Experience in employee grievance handling
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
