Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution).
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage vendor development and long-term supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand planning, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with production, quality, finance, and sales teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare management reports.
- Improve processes using ERP systems and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical materials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
