Job Summary
The Manager – Export & International Marketing will be responsible for driving export and international marketing activities for conveyor belt products, with a strong focus on export business development, global market expansion, overseas client acquisition, and international brand presence.
The role requires extensive experience in export, international trade, overseas business development, and handling global customers within the conveyor belt manufacturing industry.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong exposure to exports and international business development is mandatory.
- Candidate must have end-to-end knowledge of export operations and international trade processes.
- Valid Passport is mandatory.
- Candidate must have prior experience travelling internationally for export sales, international marketing, exhibitions, trade fairs, client meetings, or overseas business development activities related to industrial or conveyor belt products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Export Operations & Documentation
- Handle end-to-end export documentation and shipment coordination activities.
- Prepare and manage export documentation including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, LC documentation, shipping documents, and related export compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation requirements, customs regulations, international trade laws, and customer-specific documentation requirements.
- Monitor export orders, shipment schedules, dispatch status, payment follow-ups, and export-related customer communications.
- Maintain export-related MIS reports, shipment records, export sales data, and documentation trackers.
Marketing & International Sales
- Develop and implement export marketing strategies for conveyor belt products across global markets.
- Identify and develop new export opportunities, international markets, distributors, dealers, traders, and OEM customers.
- Drive export sales growth through strategic international business development initiatives.
- Conduct global market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring within the conveyor belt and industrial products segment.
- Promote company products through international exhibitions, trade fairs, overseas meetings, and digital marketing initiatives.
International Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, dealers, and OEMs.
- Handle export inquiries, international negotiations, quotations, pricing discussions, and customer coordination activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for export order execution, production planning, shipment scheduling, dispatches, and customer support.
Operational & Strategic Coordination
- Coordinate with production, logistics, commercial, and supply chain teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Represent the company during international exhibitions, overseas business visits, client meetings, and trade events.
- Support strategic initiatives for expansion of international business and export market penetration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in export and international marketing in conveyor belt manufacturing, rubber products, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of export marketing, export documentation, international trade regulations, global supply chain coordination, and overseas business operations.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
