Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Lead *forecasting, supply planning, budgeting, and inventory planning* activities.
* Drive *Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement* and ensure optimum inventory levels.
* Develop and assess *long-term procurement and supply chain plans*.
* Monitor demand, supply, inventory, and procurement requirements to ensure business continuity.
* Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and process effectiveness.
* Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business requirements.
* Manage supply chain risks and support strategic decision-making.
Key Skills & Requirements
* 4+ years of relevant experience in *Supply Chain Management (SCM)*.
* Experience at *Manager or above level*.
* Prior experience in the *Chemicals industry* is preferred.
* Strong expertise in *forecasting, planning, and budgeting*.
* Hands-on experience with *JIT procurement* and long-term supply planning.
* *Precious metal management experience* will be an added advantage.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
*Preferred Candidate:* Professionals with strong SCM experience in the *Chemicals sector*, particularly those with exposure to procurement planning and precious metal management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
