Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
The role will involve recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions across different departments of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Understand manpower requirements from HODs and department heads.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for different positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Handle bulk recruitment and urgent hiring requirements when required.
2. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HODs.
- Maintain proper interview schedules and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and interviewers.
- Collect and document interview feedback.
3. End-to-End Hiring
- Manage the recruitment process from requirement to joining.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer rollouts in consultation with the HR Manager.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities with the HR team.
4. Workforce & Recruitment Coordination
- Maintain updated recruitment trackers and vacancy status reports.
- Monitor open positions and recruitment turnaround time.
- Coordinate with HODs regarding pending requirements and hiring priorities.
- Identify recurring recruitment challenges and suggest improvements.
- Support manpower planning and recruitment forecasting.
5. Employer Branding & Recruitment Activities
- Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements.
- Promote the organization and its career opportunities across relevant platforms.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment consultants and hiring partners.
6. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports for management.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as:
- Number of vacancies
- Candidates sourced
- Candidates shortlisted
- Interviews conducted
- Offers released
- Candidates joined
- Offer dropouts
- Time-to-fill
- Source of hire
Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee/candidate information professionally.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel, sportswear, retail, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be energetic, people-oriented, proactive, and target-driven, with the ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements while maintaining a positive candidate experience and strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
