- Must be expert in Advanced Excel, Analytics, Reports generation, Use of AI tools in excel
- Dealer Management System (DMS) Operations: Handling and maintaining the DMS, ensuring accurate, timely entry of vehicle sales, service jobs, parts transactions, and customer details.
- MIS Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management, including vehicle stock, retail, and service performance.
- Data Management & Security: Maintaining, updating, and securing dealership data records, including backups of important files.
