Flo Mattress is looking for a skilled Fabrication & Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting work as required.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machines and equipment.
- Fabricate machine components, racks, frames, and support structures.
- Maintain motors, electrical panels, and factory utilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Record maintenance activities and report equipment issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- ITI in Electrician, Welder, Fitter, or a related trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in fabrication and/or machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of Arc/MIG welding and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to use fabrication tools and equipment safely.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
