We are looking for a Front Office Executive with 2–5 years of relevant experience to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality to ensure a positive experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Handle courier, mail, and other front desk administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Front Office / Reception role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
