Qualification: Diploma / BE (Mechanical)
Experience: 2+ Years in Fabrication, Sheet Metal, Machinery Panel Design or Drafting
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of the design development 2D & 3D and Nesting Would be an advantage.
- Previous work experience as design engineer/draft man or similar role.
- PC skills including AutoCAD, SolidWork and MS Office package.
- Documentation and record keeping.
- Creativity and Problem solving.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
Software knowledge - AutoCAD, Solid works required.- Drafting job drawing, planning, detailed drawings, sections, etc.- Responsible for prepare nesting production drawings from AutoCAD drawings to fabricate sheet metal.
Job Profile:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid work modelling.
- Preparation of BOM. Software knowledge - AutoCAD, Solid works required.
- Accountable for verify design and drawings as per the documents received from clients.
- Drafting job drawing, planning, detailed drawings, sections, etc.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideasand related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
- Responsible for prepare nesting production drawings from AutoCAD drawings to fabricate sheet metal.
- Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for Product, using computer-assisted equipment.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
