Abybaby Events Private Limited is a leading branding and marketing agency in India. We are hiring a dynamic, result-oriented Client Servicing Executive/Event Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata to manage client servicing, execute flawless events, and drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and maintaining high satisfaction.
- End-to-End Execution: Plan, design, and manage events from concept to flawless completion.
- Business Development: Identify potential clients and pitch strategies to acquire new business.
- Client Relations: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure brand loyalty.
- Budget & Timelines: Deliver events strictly within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage with various vendors.
- Marketing Innovation: Promote events and adopt new marketing technologies to stay ahead.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in client servicing and event management is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, team management, client handling, and exceptional communication skills.
- Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
