Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive – Store & Purchase for our operations team at the Chhabra location.
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry Preference: EPC / Infrastructure / Power Industry / Engineering / Manufacturing / Logistics / Mining
Key Responsibilities : Store Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical items.
Purchase & Procurement
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials and services.
- Prepare comparative statements and support vendor selection processes.
- Generate purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and resolution of supply issues.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and procurement activities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for stores and purchasing functions.
- Strong understanding of purchase procedures, vendor management, and material planning.
