Job Description:
- Connect and Heal's (CMP) delivers structured, protocol-led care to employees of large corporate clients across metabolic and chronic conditions. This role owns clinical safety, protocol and biomarker outcomes across every CMP programme. It is the role that makes CMP a clinical product rather than a wellness product — holding prescribing authority, titration logic, escalation thresholds and the clinical defensibility of everything the programme asks a member to do. It is a build-and-run role. Around 40% of the week is direct member interaction; the remainder is protocol authorship, content creation, live delivery, and clinical governance of a wider delivery team. If you are looking for a high-volume teleconsultation post, this is not that role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in Diabetes Health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and EMR-based patient management.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and ensure regulatory compliance.
Why Join CNH?
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic occupational health environment.
- Contribute to employee health and well-being.
- Exposure to diverse medical cases and latest health practices.
