Job Title: Marketing Executive – Hospitality Services
Experience: 5–10 Years | Industry: Hospitality & Catering Services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality and institutional catering sector.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, educational institutions, corporates, and other potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize business agreements.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to enhance market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service solutions.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management review.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, facility management, or institutional food services is mandatory.
