# Job Responsibilities
- * Supervise daily cinema and café operations.
- * Lead, motivate, and manage staff across the Box Office, Café, Ushers, and Housekeeping teams.
- * Ensure all movie shows start on time and operations run efficiently.
- * Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- * Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and performance.
- * Prepare daily sales, cash, and operational reports.
- * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and company standards are maintained throughout the cinema.
- * Monitor café inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- * Handle cash responsibly and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation.
- * Support the Cinema Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
# Required Qualifications
- * Bachelor's degree preferred.
- * Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a cinema, retail, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, QSR, or customer service industry.
- * Strong leadership and team management skills.
- * Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- * Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
