Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for our construction projects. (residential , commercial , Educational ) You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders—including architects, builders, and homeowners—to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads through site visits, referrals, and networking with architects and brokers.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with commercial and residential clients.
· Proposals & Presentations: Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quotations, and customized sales proposals.
· Negotiation & Closure: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial meeting to contract negotiation and final deal closure.
· Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market segments within the construction sector.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Construction Management.
· Experience: 2–5+ years in construction, or real estate sales is highly preferred.
· Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of materials, construction workflows, and technical drawings.
· Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
· Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and networking events.
Pay: ₹11,513.60 - ₹30,000.00 per month
