Job Description
This is a night shift internship where you will work according to US business hours and gain hands-on experience in the US Logistics and Freight Brokerage industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and assist in building a sales pipeline.
- Learn to communicate with shippers and carriers.
- Assist in identifying reliable carriers for freight transportation.
- Support the team in providing shipping quotes.
- Help with booking loads and coordinating shipments.
- Collaborate with brokers, dispatchers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records and update shipment details.
- Learn market trends and transportation industry practices.
Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
