PROFILE:
This is a challenging and varied role requiring outdoor travel.The direct responsibilities of this job will include :
- Managing the entire sales process from first meeting to negotiation and closure of the sale of kitchens to Builders/Developers.
- Alliance & Relationship selling with Builders and Developers of residential property projects. Ensure connects with new builder offices are established weekly, while nurturing & liaising with existing connects.
- Ensuring high sales conversions is essential.
- Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offer best suited to customer needs and within company interests.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions and get to closure
- Ensure sale closure, invoicing and payment receipts
- Liaise order booking data with the factory central planning team
- Provide Sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports

We are looking for hardworking, smart, & over achieving sales executive with proven experience and passion for selling. The candidate should either know OR be willing to learn all technical aspects about Modular kitchens. He/She will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers. He/She will be responsible for achieving company’s annual sales targets by reaching out to & servicing Builder clients across Maharashtra.
The person must be familiar with effective usage of Computers and should be comfortable using MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
