Position - Team Leader
Location: Ahmedabad
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader – Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to lead a technical team responsible for server, firewall, cloud migration, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills along with hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure technologies, cloud environments, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and supervise the infrastructure team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Conduct team meetings, maintain effective communication, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, process standards, and operational targets.
Assist in onboarding, training, and skill development of new team members.
Technical Responsibilities
Handle and manage L3-level server and firewall-related incidents and escalations.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise firewalls.
Manage on-premises to cloud migrations, including server and email migrations.
Execute physical-to-cloud (P2C) migration projects.
Perform server cloning and virtual machine (VM) creation.
Design and customize server specifications based on customer requirements and case studies.
Install, configure, and manage RAID storage solutions.
Configure and maintain Network Attached Storage (NAS) environments.
Manage Active Directory services, user administration, and Group Policies.
Plan and execute server shutdowns, maintenance activities, and disaster recovery procedures.
Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities related to server infrastructure.
Troubleshoot server performance, virtualization, storage, and networking issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in Firewall Administration and Troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Virtualization Technologies.
Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Server Migration, Email Migration, and P2C Migration Projects.
Experience with RAID Configuration, NAS Solutions, and Backup Management.
Understanding of VAPT processes and infrastructure security best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Sophos, or Cisco will be an added advantage.
Experience
4–7+ years of experience in Server Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, Firewall Management, and Team Handling.
Prior experience in a Team Leader or Senior Infrastructure Engineer role is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
