Full Job Overview:
We are looking for Soldering Technician (Electronics background) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma / ITI in Electronics and hands-on experience in PCB Assembly and Repair activities like soldering, desoldering, repairing and troubleshooting. Candidate must hold the Basic knowledge of electronic components, testing tools, and troubleshooting methods.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electronics / ITI in Electronics or a related field (Certification of Soldering is an added advantage)
Work Experience : 1 - 2 yrs in PCB Soldering Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components and circuit boards (SMD
- & through-hole) with precision
- Inspect and test solder joints to ensure quality and reliability
- Repair and rework defective components and boards
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on product issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and ESD protection measures while handling components.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
- Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment Maintain and Document product records accurately
Skills
- Quality control Hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools
- Hands-on experience in soldering
- Ability to read and follow the schematics
- Assembly and repair of electronic circuit boards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
