Job Role
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Dosa & Parotta Master / South Indian Cook with 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or catering operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dosa, parotta, and tiffin items.
- Cook South Indian vegetarian meals including:
- Sambar
- Vatha Kuzhambu
- Kootu
- Poriyal
- Rasam and other traditional dishes
- Prepare non-vegetarian items such as:
- Chicken Gravy
- Chicken Curry
- Other South Indian non-veg preparations
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen operations and adapt to different cooking requirements as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Experience in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to menu requirements.
- Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
Salary Range (₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month)
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
