Office Coordinator
Location: Office-based role Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Coordinator who will manage communication with clients and prospective clients, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative support. This is a desk-based role focused on coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with existing and prospective clients through email and phone.
Schedule and manage meetings between clients and the management team.
Maintain communication records and track follow-ups.
Draft and send professional emails and responses.
Manage internal documentation and maintain organized records.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documents when required.
Ensure timely coordination between internal teams and external contacts.
Support daily administrative and operational activities.
Candidate Requirements
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Well organized with good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in an office coordination / administrative / client coordination role preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also be considered.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Basic digital skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Canva for simple creatives) are an advantage.
Educational Qualification
Graduate and above.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
