Core Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs, financial capabilities, and investment goals to recommend viable residential or commercial properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on demographic shifts, historical pricing, and current trends to accurately value properties.
- Lead Generation: Actively build and nurture a database of potential buyers, sellers, and investors through networking, presentations, and cold outreach.
- Transaction Management: Assist in negotiations, property viewings, and the preparation of contracts and legal documents to ensure a hassle-free closing process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and zoning codes.
Key Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree , Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5+ years in real estate, leasing, or property management.
- Licensing: A valid state or regional real estate license/certification, as required by local jurisdictions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and data-driven problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
