Travel Consultant
Location: Kochi
We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Kochi. If you enjoy helping people plan memorable travel experiences and thrive in a customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel.
- Recommend destinations, holiday packages, accommodations, and activities based on customer preferences.
- Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to individual needs and budgets.
- Book flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Guide clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and required travel documentation.
- Stay up to date with travel trends, promotions, airline policies, and destination information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support before, during, and after travel.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Sales, or a Customer Service role.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and reservation platforms is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
