- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct HR screening and preliminary interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Handle job postings across multiple platforms
- Assist in onboarding and documentation process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
