Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Referral Network Development
- Identify, target, and onboard neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuro-psychiatrists, and
neuro-rehabilitation specialists as referral partners for rTMS therapy.
- Map OPD flow and patient cohorts within assigned hospital accounts to identify high-
potential referral opportunities (stroke, Parkinson's, MDD, OCD, TBI, ADHD).
- Conduct structured clinical detailing visits — present clinical evidence, outcome data, and
rTMS information to HCPs in a credible, scientific manner.
- Manage relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in neurology and neurosurgery;
organise CMEs, clinical demonstrations, and awareness sessions.
2. Revenue & Patient Volume Growth
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for assigned rTMS Machines.
- Track conversion funnel from doctor referral to assessment to active patient — identify
and address drop-off points.
3. Hospital & Institutional Partnership Development
- Identify and approach hospitals, polyclinics, rehabilitation centres, and corporate wellness
programmes for partnership or portable rTMS deployment opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing hospital partners and institutional
accounts in the NCR territory for day-to-day relationship management and operational
coordination.
4. Clinical Communication & Field Intelligence
- Prepare and present clinic-wise revenue reports, doctor-wise referral trackers, and
territory performance summaries for management review.
- Gather and communicate competitive intelligence — competitor therapies, pricing, new
entrants in neuromodulation / neuro-tech space.
- Work closely with the General Manager on strategic account reviews, appraisals, and
territory planning.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of HCP visits, leads, and referrals in the CRM /
reporting system.
5. Education & Awareness
- Organise and facilitate CMEs, grand rounds presentations, and patient awareness camps
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
