Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing for our Water & Wastewater Treatment Division.
The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, Swimming Pool, and Industrial Water Treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, hotels, apartments, industries, institutions, and government sectors.
- Conduct customer meetings, site inspections, surveys, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for solution development.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, tender submissions, and project proposals.
- Follow up with customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and procurement teams for order finalization.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinate with project execution teams during installation and commissioning stages.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Operation & Maintenance (O&M), chemicals, spares, and service contracts.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence reports, and business development plans.
- Travel across Kerala and nearby regions for business development activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related disciplines.
- Experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Pumps, HVAC, MEP, Industrial Equipment, Utility Systems, or Technical Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and Proposal Preparation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and project discussions.
Experience
- 0 to 10 years of experience.
- Water and Wastewater Treatment Industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
