Job Role: CSR Executive
Job Description
Exposure in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Environmental Sciences, Rural Management, Development Studies or a related field will be added advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with periodic travel to project locations and community sites – [All India]
- Interaction with NGOs, government bodies, local communities, and implementation partners.
CSR Strategy & Program Implementation:
- Coordinate and manage CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, skill development, women empowerment, and community welfare.
- Ensure CSR activities align with organizational values and statutory requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with NGOs, community groups, government agencies, social enterprises, and implementation partners, as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support CSR initiatives.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Track project progress against defined objectives, milestones, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and assess the effectiveness of CSR interventions.
