Grameen Sahara is looking for a skilled and motivated Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation, and strengthening of project monitoring and learning systems.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) within the development sector
· Experience in developing and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks
· Ability to design indicators, data collection tools, and reporting formats
· Experience in data analysis, documentation, and impact reporting
· Knowledge of project monitoring systems and MIS management
· Strong report writing and analytical skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS and digital data collection/management tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, MIS platforms) preferred
Required Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Rural Development, Public Policy, Management, or related fieldsPreferred Skills:
- Understanding of community-based development programs
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and key stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to field locations as required
- Working knowledge of Assamese is essential
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
